Orders & Payment

Vicacci accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:  

Customer privacy is of utmost importance to "Vicacci". All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted to ensure your security.

Apart from the shipping fee, Vicacci does not charge any additional service fees.

The prices shown on the website already include taxes. The total amount displayed on the screen is the final amount we will charge you.

Shipping and Delivery

The delivery time depends on the products you ordered. Some products need to be customized, and the customer service staff will send you a message in WhatsApp or email to notify you. Generally, the products will be sent within 1 to 7 days.

When you order Vicacci, you will receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp notification, including the time required to order the product and product tracking information. You can check by yourself or ask the customer service staff to check the delivery status of the order.

Vicacci is not responsible for any unexpected delivery delays beyond the control of Vicacci.

We use DHL and SF Express to deliver Vicacci orders. All local orders will be expedited and delivered within 1 to 3 working days after the order information is dispatched. Order details will be sent out via email and WhatsApp.

Orders over HKD $500 are eligible for free local delivery. Otherwise, an additional HKD $30 will be charged for local delivery.

Vicacci places great importance on the security of order delivery. For security reasons, orders require a signature from an adult upon receipt.

If you need to change the delivery information after submitting your order and if the order has not been shipped yet, we will be able to modify your shipping address. Once the ordered items are shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you want to ship to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Returns and Exchanges

All products purchased through Vicacci's official website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days without any questions.
You can contact our staff for return.
"Please note that Vicacci does not cover shipping costs for exchanges and returns."

(All returned or exchanged products must be in undamaged, unused condition and in the original packaging provided by Vicacci.)

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service immediately within 15 minutes after placing the order.
Once the shipping process has been initiated and an email confirmation with a tracking code has been sent, the order cannot be canceled.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return online or through WhatsApp.

We will process your request within one to five working days after we receive your returned jewelry, and we will send you an email or Whatsapps to notify you of the refund after inspection.
Once the refund is confirmed, the payment will be issued within seven working days.

Once customers enter into a transaction process at the physical stores, they have confirmed that the goods are in perfect condition. Therefore, returns are not accepted for products purchased at the stores. However, you may opt to pay the price difference for an exchange of styles.

Purchasing online

The products available for purchase on Vicacci's official website cover various jewelry categories, including bracelets, rings, necklaces, earrings, and charms. You can also explore our brand crossover series.

Products are sometimes out of stock. If you can't find the product you want on our website, please contact Vicacci sales consultant +852 6095 2612 for inquiries.

All items are shipped in beautiful Vicacci packaging. If you have other packaging needs, please contact customer service staff.

Some rings and bracelets can be engraved with various letters, numbers, and symbols. This is a billing service, please contact our customer service specialist for details.

Maintenance and Repair

We offer a 1-year free product warranty service for products purchased from Vicacci stores or the official website. For certain warranty services, a nominal fee may be charged to cover jewelry repair costs, including but not limited to damages caused by human factors, lost accessories, or any damages resulting from improper use.

If you need to repair your jewelry, please bring it to one of our Vicacci stores or visit our office in Chai Wan, Hong Kong for repair services.

For crosover products, maintenance and repair services are provided by the respective collaborators.
